Ware is one of those destinations that I always remember seeing on the display boards for trains departing from London Liverpool Street. A vineyard tour with wine tasting on a Sunday certainly piqued my interest when My Wine Week mentioned applying for tickets. I conjured up images of a sunny afternoon sitting amongst the vines sipping on a glass of wine out in the counties.
